There’s no catch, we stand by our guarantee and want to make you happy no matter what. The only thing we ask is, you tell us right away if something was cleaned incorrectly or missed. All re-cleanings and refunds need to happen within 5-days of the original service. We appreciate the chance to make things right with a re-cleaning before any refunds. Plus within our terms and conditions, we cannot issue any refunds without doing a re-cleaning first.

 

Furthermore, we won’t be able to offer a refund or a re-cleaning if you are offensive or abusive to our teams, or you didn’t have running water or power during the time of the initial cleaning. Our goal is to be the best cleaning company in the valley and we cannot do that without your feedback! Make sure we know as soon as you do when something was missed so we can make it right!
